The amount you are offered depends on the credit assessment our lending partner carries out, which considers your declared income, your credit history and the details in your application. First-time borrowers are often offered a lower limit that can increase with a clean repayment record.

From 7 to 60 days. Because the tenure is short, the loan is repaid in a single payment on the due date rather than in monthly EMIs. You choose the tenure during the application and the exact due date is confirmed before you accept.

No to both. RushMoney loans are unsecured, which means you do not pledge any asset as collateral, and no guarantor or co-applicant is required.

No. You can hold one active RushMoney loan at a time. Once it is fully repaid you are free to apply again, and a clean repayment history generally improves the terms available to you.

Indian citizens aged between 21 and 58, with a regular monthly income of at least ₹20,000, an active bank account in their own name, and a mobile number linked to their Aadhaar. Both salaried and self-employed applicants are welcome.

Your PAN, your Aadhaar number, your bank account details and a selfie for the liveness check. Depending on the assessment you may also be asked for recent income proof such as salary slips or bank statements. Everything is submitted digitally — nothing needs to be printed or couriered.

Using the calculator or the eligibility form on this website does not. Submitting a complete loan application does involve a credit bureau enquiry by our lending partner, which is recorded on your credit file like any other credit application. Repaying on time then helps build your score.

A decline is a decision of the lending partner, based on their credit policy. You are welcome to apply again after some time, ideally once your income record or credit profile has changed. We would gently suggest not applying repeatedly in quick succession, as multiple enquiries in a short window can themselves weigh on your credit file.

The application itself takes a few minutes. An eligibility decision is typically returned in under five minutes. Once you have completed KYC and e-signed the agreement, disbursal is usually initiated the same working day. Actual credit timing depends on your bank.

Your total is the principal plus interest for the days you hold the loan, plus a one-time processing fee and GST on that fee. Every one of these is itemised on the summary screen, along with the equivalent annual rate and your exact due date, before you accept anything. Repayment is collected on the due date through the method you set up at disbursal — typically an auto-debit mandate, UPI or a payment link. You will receive reminders before the date so nothing arrives unexpectedly.

Yes, at any time and at no extra charge. There is no prepayment or foreclosure penalty. Because interest accrues daily, repaying early means you pay less interest overall.

A late payment charge applies and the delay is reported to the credit bureaus, which affects your score. More importantly, please contact us before the due date if you think you will struggle — it is almost always easier to work something out in advance than after a default. Never. We will not ask you to transfer money to any personal account, UPI ID or individual in order to release a loan. All charges are collected only through the official in-app flow. If anyone claiming to represent RushMoney asks you for an upfront payment, it is a fraud attempt — do not pay, and report it to hello@rushmoney.in.

We collect the identity, contact, income and bank details needed to verify who you are and to let our lending partner assess your application, plus limited technical data about your device and session for security and fraud prevention. No. In line with the RBI's Digital Lending Guidelines, we do not access your phone's contact list, photo gallery, call logs or messages. Camera access is requested only for the KYC liveness check, and only at the moment you perform it.

Yes. Write to hello@rushmoney.in and we will action your request. Note that where a loan has been disbursed, certain records must be retained for the period required by law and by our lending partner's regulatory obligations — we will tell you what is retained and why.

If your complaint is not resolved within 30 days, you may escalate it to the Reserve Bank of India under the Reserve Bank – Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, via the RBI CMS portal. You can also report unregistered or suspicious lending entities on the RBI Sachet portal.

Report it to us immediately at hello@rushmoney.in with any evidence you have. Abusive or threatening recovery conduct, contacting your family or contacts, or calling outside permitted hours is prohibited — both by our own policy and by RBI regulation. We investigate every such report.
